1. Who We Are
LifiRent ("we", "us", "our") is an AI assistant for real-estate agencies, operated online at lifirent.com. We help estate agencies turn their website into an AI agent that chats with house-hunters, answers questions about listings, and captures booked viewing requests.
2. Data We Collect
We collect the following types of personal data:
- Account information: Agency name, your name, work email, and phone number when you start a trial or create an account.
- Listing data: Public property listing details (title, price, location, size, photos) read from the public website you ask us to scan.
- Buyer / visitor messages: The questions house-hunters type into your AI agent, and any contact details they choose to provide to book a viewing.
- Lead & viewing data: Captured leads, viewing requests, and conversation transcripts shown in your dashboard.
- Usage data: Browser type, device information, and basic analytics to improve the service.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To build and run your AI agent and storefront page.
- To answer house-hunter questions and capture leads & viewing requests.
- To notify you of new leads and booked viewings by email (and WhatsApp on the Pro/Custom plans).
- To show your lead and viewing pipeline in your dashboard.
- To improve our service and fix technical issues.
- To communicate with you about your account, trial, and service updates.
4. Website Scanning
When you ask LifiRent to scan an agency website, we read publicly available pages (listings, contact details, language) to set up your AI agent. We only scan websites you submit and that you are authorised to use. We do not bypass logins, paywalls, or access controls.
5. AI Processing
Conversations with your AI agent are processed by large language model providers to generate replies. Messages are used to answer the visitor and capture leads — not to train third-party models. We send only the data needed to produce a relevant response.
6. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS in the EU region). We use encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) for all data transfer. Authentication is handled through industry-standard protocols. Uploaded assets are stored in private, access-controlled storage buckets.
7. Data Sharing
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We share data only with:
- Supabase: Our database and authentication provider.
- Vercel: Our hosting provider.
- AI / LLM providers: To generate AI agent replies.
- Stripe: For payment processing (when applicable).
8. Your Rights (GDPR)
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of your personal data.
- Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data.
- Portability: Request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Object: Object to processing of your data for specific purposes.

9. Cookies
We use essential cookies only for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
10. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your personal data is deleted within 30 days. Some records may be retained longer as required by law.
