1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LifiRent ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. The Service is available at lifirent.com and as an installable web application.

2. Description of Service

LifiRent is a property management platform that allows property managers and landlords to: manage apartments and tenants, create and send invoices, track payments, generate financial reports, communicate with tenants, and manage maintenance requests. The Service includes a tenant portal where tenants can view invoices, report payments, and communicate with their property manager.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • One account per property management business is intended; each account is an organization.

4. Tenant Data Responsibility

As a property manager using LifiRent, you are the data controller for tenant personal data you enter into the system. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary consent from tenants before adding their personal information (including phone numbers for WhatsApp notifications). You must inform tenants about how their data is used within the platform.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws.
  • Access data belonging to other organizations or users.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
  • Upload malicious files or content.
  • Use the Service to send spam or unwanted communications.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.

6. Subscription & Payment

LifiRent offers a free trial period. After the trial, a paid subscription is required. Subscription fees are billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss caused by third-party service providers.

8. Intellectual Property

LifiRent and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by LifiRent and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

LifiRent is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not responsible for the accuracy of financial calculations — you should verify all reports independently.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon account deletion, your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We may retain certain data as required by law.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Romania.
